Thanks to Students from Kip Ways Academy
We want to extend a special thanks to the 40 students from Kip Ways Academy for taking park in our First Saturday Work Day March 7. These middle school students took several hours out of their Saturday to help mulch trees in the park. Great energy. Good work. Many thanks.

Thanks to Adams Realtors
Special thanks to Adams Realtors for the donation of a Kyocera Mita copier. An on site copier will save time and money on our day to day copy needs.

Barn Owl Box Installed
Thanks to Tim Keyes, Wildlife Biologist, with the Georgia Department of Natural Resources and Perry Craig, Tyson Crabbe, Marcus Miles and Robert Mason of Georgia Power for their work in installing a Barn Owl box in the park. http://gpconservancy.org/

Playground Equipment Stolen
Yes. You read it right. Someone stole the tire swing, two strap swings and damaged an infant bucket swing sometime between March 4-6. More information and how you can help

Photo Hunt, Trivia Quiz Are Part of Phoenix Flies

A list of photo subjects will be provided and images used to create a collage for display at the Summer Shade Festival (Aug 29 & 30). The on-line Trivia Quiz allows you to browse the website from home to find answers and win prizes.
