About S.A.F.E.
The S.A.F.E. organization grew out of the summer crime wave and kidnappings that occurred in 2008 in Southeast Atlanta. A small group of concerned citizens began meeting to identify ways to empower individuals to make their neighborhoods stronger and safer that were not being addressed by city government or neighborhood associations. For more information about S.A.F.E. and all of our community safety programs (SAFE Watch, Flyer Distribution, Graffitti Removal, Cellphone Distribution and Refuse To Be A Victim(R) Workshop Co-Sponsorship), please visit www.safe-atlanta.org.
