GRANT PARK FAMILY SEEKS VACATION HOME SWAP

We have a vacation home in a private community in the North Georgia mountains, and we are hoping to swap homes for a week with another family that has a house at the beach or on a lake. We would prefer something within a few hours of Atlanta that is available in June or July.

The details on our mountain house are as follows:

· Located in the lovely Coosawattee River Resort in Ellijay, Georgia, just 90 minutes from Atlanta

· Use of all CRR amenities—indoor and outdoor pools, riverside playgrounds and parks, tennis, horseback riding, kayaking, 2 stocked fishing ponds, nice recreation center, game room, hiking trails

· 3 bedrooms (1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds), 2 full baths

· Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, coffee maker, fridge with ice maker and water filter, microwave, gas stove and oven)

· Private setting with no other houses in view

· Beautiful stacked stone wood-burning fireplace (wood provided)

· Large, kid-friendly deck with grill and Adirondack chairs, plus smaller, private balcony off the master bedroom

· Basement game room with full-sized pool table and kid-sized air hockey table

· Washer and dryer (soap and stain remover provided)

Although we are looking for a beach/lake house in June or July, we are happy to swap for time anytime during the year—if you prefer the mountains this fall or winter, for example, we will book you then.
