Escape the rain this Saturday and come to the Glenwood Park Indoor
Farmers Market!
475 Bill Kennedy Way, next to The Shed.
10am - 2pm.
Lots of fantastic vendors, fresh cheese, bread, sweet treats, organic
baby food, pasta, salsa, pet supplies, jams, jellies, local
honey,fresh pesto and local produce.
AND..... come see The Centred Child Yoga Booth for some fun children's
music, DVD's of the type of yoga they will be using in class and
"readings comes alive" which extracts specific, fun poses out of
children's literature.
They will have a few yoga mats that they will lay out if anyone wants
to participate in some of the poses or readings.
